Housing issues will always arise and therefore you need to know your rights and responsibilities. We can provide information about how to go about renting or buying a home or help you manage problems with your landlord. If you are threatened with eviction, we can work with you to help you avoid losing your home.
How we can help
We deal with around 800 separate housing issues every year, both big and small. We work closely with local authorities to provide you with the best support.
“I felt really supported over my journey to solve my issues. I am not sure what could have been the result if haven’t received the right advice.”
We regularly help with:
- Poor repair of rented properties
- Tenancy agreements
- Disputes over rent or deposits
- Actual or threatened homelessness
- Eviction
- Neighbour disputes
- Adaptations to the home and improvement grants
