Do you feel you’ve been treated unfairly or has something gone wrong? Perhaps you are worried you might have fallen prey to a scam?
How we can help
Contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133. The helpline adviser can give you practical and impartial advice on how to resolve your consumer problem; tell you the law which applies to your situation and pass information about complaints on to Trading Standards.
However, they cannot request a refund or make a complaint for you or take legal action on your behalf – if you need help to do this contact us.
To report a fraud, call Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040
