Keeping Warm – partnership working with the NHS
We were delighted to have the opportunity to present to local GPs at their recent shut down day on the effect cold homes can have on both patients’ health and GPs’ workload, and how we can best work together to improve patient outcomes.
A part of our presentation was borrowed from Brighton and Hove CCG – it shows that across the country the NHS is waking up to the effect that cold homes can have on health – and working to effect change.
